During the meeting “Our step-2021” of the pharmaceutical sector, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the modern medicine and healthcare in Mongolia: “Development and Progress of the Pharmaceutical sector in Mongolia” International Scientific Conference was held by the Ministry of Health of Mongolia, the School of Pharmacy of MNUMS, the Intermed Hospital, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, and МЭЭЗХН on December 16, 2021. As part of the anniversary, more than 50 guests, including more than 20 speakers from 5 countries in the field of pharmaceuticals, including Mongolia, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Vietnam, participated in the meeting in person and online. The main purpose of the conference was to discuss the achievements of the pharmaceutical sector, lessons of its history, the current situation and prospects, and to develop proposals and recommendations that must be reflected in the policies and regulations of this sector.
